Attentive is a New York-based marketing software company that sells retail and consumer brands a single platform for reaching their customers on mobile devices. Founded in 2016 by Brian Long, Andrew Jones and Ethan Lo, the company began life as Franklin Mobile.

The product covers four channels: SMS, email, push notifications and RCS for Business. Machine learning is layered across the platform under the Attentive AI, AI Pro, AI Journeys and AI Grow product lines.

Attentive's software is used by more than 8,000 businesses, among them Coach, Urban Outfitters, Crocs, Dyson, Reebok and Nespresso, and it reported passing $500 million in annual recurring revenue during 2024. It employs more than 1,000 people across offices in New York, San Francisco, London and Sydney.
