Indicative pricing
The P2P Price™ and the P2P 50 Index are model-derived indicative estimates based on platform activity. They do not represent executable quotes and may differ from actual transaction prices.
Technology services provider
P2P Shares operates strictly as a technology ledger and instruction provider. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, escrow agent, or money transmitter. All customer funds are held in dedicated escrow wallets at our chartered partner bank, which remains the legal custodian of funds at all times. No platform charge is ever deducted from deal principal held in escrow, because the platform charges users no fees.
No user fees
The platform does not charge users a fee to browse, to post an indication of interest, or to list. There is no match fee, no escrow fee, and no commission. Should any fee ever be introduced, it will be disclosed in this document and on the platform before it applies to you.
