Founded in 2013 by Christopher Hopper and Samuel Adeyemo after the pair struggled to remotely plan a solar installation in Nairobi, Kenya, Aurora has grown into one of the most widely used platforms in the U.S. residential and commercial solar industry, with more than 7.5 million solar projects designed on its platform.
