The company has raised roughly $1.1 billion in disclosed primary equity funding plus later venture debt, most recently reporting a $6.8 billion post-money valuation from its November 2019 Series B round led by Salesforce Ventures, and remains a long-anticipated IPO candidate; in January 2026 it was reported to be in early-stage talks to merge with public company C3.ai as a possible path to going public.
