Overview

Binance.US operates as a standalone American digital asset exchange platform, run by BAM Trading Services, Inc. (d.b.a. Binance.US), headquartered in Miami, Florida. It launched in September 2019 to serve U.S. customers under U.S. regulatory oversight, licensing matching-engine and wallet technology from global Binance but maintaining its own management, capital structure, and outside investor base.

The platform weathered a severe regulatory period after the SEC, the U.S. federal securities regulator, sued Binance, BAM Trading, and BAM Management in June 2023, which caused its banking partners to suspend USD deposit and withdrawal services for nearly two years. Binance.US restored ACH-based USD services in February 2025, and in May 2025 the SEC voluntarily dismissed its case against Binance, Binance.US, and co-founder Changpeng Zhao with prejudice.

Under new CEO Stephen Gregory, appointed in March 2026, Binance.US has been rebuilding its product suite — including staking, an Earn program, and tokenized-asset offerings — after what Gregory has described publicly as a multi-year dormant period caused by the regulatory upheaval.

Private securities are speculative, illiquid, and involve risk of complete loss of principal. You should be prepared to hold private securities for an extended period; there is no assurance of a secondary market, an IPO, or other liquidity event. You are fully responsible for conducting your own due diligence. Pricing is indicative — nothing here is an offer of securities.
