Overview

Claroty is a New York City-headquartered cybersecurity company that builds a platform to protect cyber-physical systems (CPS) — the industrial control systems, medical devices, building management systems, and other connected operational technology (OT) and Extended Internet of Things (XIoT) assets used by industrial, healthcare, public sector, and commercial organizations. The company was founded in 2015 by Amir Zilberstein, Galina Antova, and Benny Porat.

Claroty has raised more than $850 million in disclosed venture and growth funding across five priced rounds since its 2018 Series B, following an earlier, individually unconfirmed seed and Series A period; GlobeNewswire's 2018 Series B announcement states that round brought Claroty's total funding to $93 million, implying roughly $33 million raised before 2018 that this profile does not include as a standalone structured round.

The company reached unicorn status with a $140 million round in June 2021, then raised $400 million in December 2021 co-led by SoftBank and Rockwell Automation to fund its acquisition of healthcare IoT security company Medigate, taking total funding to $635 million. After a $100 million growth round in March 2024 following $100 million in annual recurring revenue, Claroty raised a $150 million Series F in January 2026 led by Golub Growth at a $3 billion valuation — an 80% increase over its March 2024 valuation, with some reports citing total round participation of up to $200 million including additional commitments from existing investors.

As of September 2026 Claroty remains privately held, led by CEO Yaniv Vardi, with no confirmed S-1 filing or IPO date, though the company was reported in April 2024 to be considering a U.S. public listing at a $3.5 billion valuation.
