Overview
Cribl builds the Data Engine for IT and Security, giving enterprises vendor-agnostic tools to collect, reduce, transform and route observability and security telemetry so it can be sent to any analytics tool, cloud data lake or long-term storage. Its product suite includes Cribl Stream, Edge, Lake, Search and, more recently, AI-security add-ons following its 2026 acquisitions of CardinalOps and Radiant Security's AI SOC technology.
The company was founded in 2018 by Clint Sharp, Ledion Bitincka and Dritan Bitincka, all veterans of Splunk, and is headquartered in San Francisco. Cribl surpassed $300 million in annual recurring revenue in 2025, up from $200 million at the end of 2024, with cloud offerings contributing more than $130 million of that ARR and roughly half of the Fortune 100 among its customers.
Private securities are speculative, illiquid, and involve risk of complete loss of principal. You should be prepared to hold private securities for an extended period; there is no assurance of a secondary market, an IPO, or other liquidity event. You are fully responsible for conducting your own due diligence. Pricing is indicative — nothing here is an offer of securities.
