The operating entities trading under the Crypto.com brand, including Foris DAX Asia Pte. Ltd. and Foris Asia Pte. Ltd., are licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. In July 2026, Crypto.com received a $400 million strategic investment from Citadel Securities at a $20 billion valuation, which the company described as its first institutional funding round in its decade-long history. Kris Marszalek has said the company was preparing for a possible IPO but had made no final decision as of mid-2025.
