Overview
Dataminr is a New York-based AI company that turns massive volumes of publicly available data into real-time alerts on emerging events, cyber threats, and risks for corporate security, public sector, and news organization clients.
Founded in 2009, Dataminr built its platform on a long-standing agreement giving it real-time access to the full public stream of posts on X (formerly Twitter), which it combines with hundreds of thousands of other public data sources and proprietary AI models to detect signals before they become widely known news.
The company's Dataminr Pulse product is used by roughly two-thirds of the Fortune 50 and half of the Fortune 100 for corporate risk and crisis response, while its public sector business serves more than 100 U.S. government agencies and over 20 international governments, including a five-year, $318 million contract awarded by the U.S. Department of War in August 2026.
Private securities are speculative, illiquid, and involve risk of complete loss of principal. You should be prepared to hold private securities for an extended period; there is no assurance of a secondary market, an IPO, or other liquidity event. You are fully responsible for conducting your own due diligence. Pricing is indicative — nothing here is an offer of securities.
