Overview

HiBob is a people platform company, founded in Tel Aviv in 2015 by Ronni Zehavi, Israel David, Amit Knaani and Andy Bellass, that today maintains dual headquarters in New York and London. Its product, Bob, is a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) and HR information system used by mid-market and enterprise employers to run core HR administration, payroll, workforce management, talent engagement and people analytics. As of September 2026 the company serves more than 5,500 customers across over 170 countries.

HiBob has raised roughly $740 million in disclosed venture financing across eight rounds since its 2016 seed, most recently a $166 million round announced on 1 September 2026 led by Salesforce with participation from returning investor Farallon Capital, valuing the company at $3.2 billion. The company reported annualized revenue surpassing $400 million ahead of that round and said it is targeting $1 billion in annual sales, while CEO Ronni Zehavi has publicly stated an IPO is 'unrealistic' in the current market and not something HiBob is pursuing. The 2026 round accompanied a strategic pivot toward 'organizational intelligence,' positioning HiBob's workforce data as infrastructure for AI agents operating alongside human employees, including an expanded integration with Salesforce's Slack.
