Overview
Jeeves is a fintech company that provides an all-in-one corporate card and expense-management platform built specifically for startups and businesses operating across multiple countries. Its platform combines corporate credit cards, cross-border payments, multi-currency support, and local underwriting so that international companies can issue local-currency cards and move money without needing a local banking entity in every market.
The company emerged from stealth in June 2021 after going through Y Combinator's Summer 2020 batch, disclosing $131 million in combined debt and equity financing at that time. It grew quickly from there, raising a Series B in September 2021 that valued the company at $500 million and a Series C in March 2022 that valued it at $2.1 billion, before pivoting toward capital efficiency and profitability-focused growth by mid-2023.
As of its most recent disclosed update in July 2023, Jeeves reported more than $40 million in annualized revenue, up 250% year over year, alongside roughly 182 employees and full local card-issuing capability across the 22-plus countries where it operates, including Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
Private securities are speculative, illiquid, and involve risk of complete loss of principal. You should be prepared to hold private securities for an extended period; there is no assurance of a secondary market, an IPO, or other liquidity event. You are fully responsible for conducting your own due diligence. Pricing is indicative — nothing here is an offer of securities.
