Overview
Moglix is a Singapore-headquartered B2B e-commerce company, founded in 2015 by Rahul Garg, a former Google executive and alumnus of IIT Kanpur and ISB, that set out to streamline procurement of industrial goods, tools, and supplies for manufacturers and enterprises.
Beyond its core e-commerce business supplying electrical goods, power tools, safety equipment, MRO items, and industrial components, Moglix has expanded into adjacent enterprise software and financial services, including a GST-compliance SaaS tool (Green GST) and a supply-chain financing arm (Credlix), and has made acquisitions in used-machinery trading (Vendaxo) and cross-border trade fintech (NuPhi).
The company operates primarily in India, with additional operations in Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, and has described itself as running a large network of manufacturing-plant and warehouse relationships across those geographies as of 2023.

You should be prepared to hold private securities for an extended period; there is no assurance of a secondary market, an IPO, or other liquidity event. You are fully responsible for conducting your own due diligence. Pricing is indicative — nothing here is an offer of securities.
