Overview
Multiverse Computing is a quantum AI software company, founded in 2019 in San Sebastián, Spain, that develops technology to compress large AI models and apply quantum-inspired computing techniques to industry problems. The company's best-known product, CompactifAI, uses tensor-network compression methods to shrink large language models from providers such as Meta and OpenAI while aiming to preserve most of their original accuracy, targeting lower inference costs and faster response times.
The company also built Singularity, a quantum-inspired optimization platform aimed at finance, manufacturing, energy, cybersecurity and defense use cases, and has released several open-weight compressed models, including the SuperFly and ChickBrain nano-models and the HyperNova 60B model distributed on Hugging Face. Multiverse has worked with organizations including the Bank of Canada, Bosch and BASF on quantum and AI optimization projects.
Multiverse Computing has raised capital across several rounds, including European Innovation Council Accelerator funding in 2021, a 2024 round backed by Columbus Venture Partners at a €100 million valuation, and a $215 million Series B in June 2025 led by Bullhound Capital. The company has said it holds roughly 160 patents and counts around 100 enterprise customers globally.
Private securities are speculative, illiquid, and involve risk of complete loss of principal. You should be prepared to hold private securities for an extended period; there is no assurance of a secondary market, an IPO, or other liquidity event. You are fully responsible for conducting your own due diligence. Pricing is indicative — nothing here is an offer of securities.
