OnlyFans takes a percentage fee on creator subscriptions and content sales, and reported roughly $1.6 billion in company revenue and $715 million in pre-tax profit for the fiscal year ended November 2025, alongside a reported $7.22 billion in gross payments to creators across fiscal 2024. In May 2026, San Francisco-based Architect Capital purchased a 16% stake for $535 million in Fenix International, valuing the company at $3.15 billion and marking its first significant outside investment since Radvinsky's 2018 acquisition.
