Overview

Saviynt is an El Segundo, California-based identity security company founded in 2011 by Sachin Nayyar. Its cloud-native platform delivers identity governance and administration, privileged access management, and application access governance from a single system, and the company says it now helps secure more than 100 million identities for over 600 global enterprise customers, including more than 20% of the Fortune 100.

In July 2026 Saviynt said it had surpassed $300 million in annual recurring revenue and launched Zuma, an AI identity security platform built to discover AI agents and non-human identities, evaluate their access at runtime, and apply lifecycle governance and audit controls to them. The launch followed a $700 million Series B growth equity round led by KKR in December 2025 at an approximately $3 billion valuation, with participation from Sixth Street Growth, TenEleven, and existing investor Carrick Capital Partners.
