STARK, founded in 2024 in Berlin by Florian Seibel, Uwe Horstmann and Johannes Schaback, designs and manufactures AI-enabled loitering munitions, unmanned surface vessels and mission-control software for European and NATO militaries.
The company's flagship product, the OWE-V Virtus loitering munition, has been deployed to Ukraine, and STARK has since raised more than $600 million from investors including Sequoia Capital, Founders Fund and the NATO Innovation Fund.
