Overview

Stord is an Atlanta-based supply chain and fulfillment technology company founded in 2015 by Sean Henry and Jacob Boudreau. The company combines physical fulfillment and transportation services with cloud-based software for order management and warehouse operations, describing its offering as a 'cloud supply chain' that lets brands outsource logistics infrastructure while keeping visibility and control over their own operations.

Stord has grown through a mix of organic expansion and acquisition, buying freight brokerage Cove Logistics in 2020, fulfillment provider Fulfillment Works in 2021, and fulfillment provider Shipwire from CEVA Logistics in January 2026. As of its May 2026 Series F announcement, the company said its platform powers more than $15 billion in GMV annually for its brand customers, and it has raised $556 million in disclosed equity funding since its 2020 Series B (any earlier seed/Series A financing is undisclosed), most recently at a $3 billion valuation.
