Overview
Tabby was founded in October 2019 in Dubai by Hosam Arab and Daniil Barkalov to bring buy-now-pay-later checkout to online and in-store shoppers across the Gulf, launching first in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates before adding Kuwait.
The company has since broadened beyond installment payments into a wider consumer finance platform, adding a rewards program and a digital wallet business through its 2024 acquisition of Tweeq, while relocating its headquarters to Riyadh and preparing for a planned listing on Saudi Arabia's Tadawul exchange.
Private securities are speculative, illiquid, and involve risk of complete loss of principal. You should be prepared to hold private securities for an extended period; there is no assurance of a secondary market, an IPO, or other liquidity event. You are fully responsible for conducting your own due diligence. Pricing is indicative — nothing here is an offer of securities.
