Overview

Tuduoduo (涂多多, legally Beijing Tuduoduo E-commerce Co., Ltd.) is a Beijing-based B2B industrial e-commerce platform founded in 2014, focused on digitizing trade in coatings and related chemical raw materials. According to a Tencent News financial report quoting a public company disclosure, Tuduoduo operates across multiple industrial supply chains including coatings, titanium, solvents, resins, lubricants, carbon black, packaging and medical products. The company is a controlling subsidiary of Beijing Guolian Vision Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 603613), a publicly traded parent, while Tuduoduo itself has never listed shares on any exchange.

On its own domestic platform, Tuduoduo describes itself as a leading online trading platform for the coatings industry, combining a self-operated storefront ('Duoduo Supermarket') with a third-party vendor channel, plus digital-supply-chain services such as pricing indices, VR-based virtual factory tours, warehousing and logistics, and electronic contract signing for industrial buyers and sellers.

Tuduoduo has also built an English-language cross-border arm, TDD Global, positioned as a China-based venue connecting global chemical suppliers and buyers across product lines such as titanium products, resins, coatings, powders and solvents, backed by a network of cross-border cloud warehouses and international shipping and trade-assurance services. Tuduoduo remains privately held (as a majority-owned corporate subsidiary rather than an independent public company); no bankruptcy, wind-down, or sanctions action was found in any source reachable during this research.
