Overview
Wireless Logic is an independent global Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity platform provider, founded in 2000 in the United Kingdom by Oliver Tucker and Phil Cole. The company helps enterprises, OEMs and solution providers connect, control and secure cellular- and satellite-enabled devices across more than 165 countries and over 750 mobile and satellite networks worldwide.
Montagu, a UK mid-market private equity firm, acquired Wireless Logic in 2018 and has backed the business through follow-on investment in 2021 and a series of add-on acquisitions, growing the platform from a UK-focused connectivity provider into a global IoT leader serving more than 25,000 customers with over 20 million managed connections.
In May 2025, Wireless Logic welcomed General Atlantic as a new minority shareholder, investing through its BeyondNetZero climate growth equity strategy alongside Montagu's reinvestment, in a transaction reported to value the company at approximately £3.5 billion. In November 2025, Montagu closed a €2 billion single-asset continuation vehicle for Wireless Logic, backed by TPG GP Solutions, CVC Secondary Partners and Partners Group, to fund the company's next phase of global growth.
