Overview

Wonderful is an Amsterdam-headquartered, Israeli-founded enterprise AI startup building what it calls an AI operating system: a shared layer that coordinates AI agents, workflows, AI-native applications, integrations, and governed execution across an organization.

The company was founded in early 2025 by CEO Bar Winkler, who previously founded payment-automation platform Approve.com (sold to Tipalti in 2021), and CTO Roey Lalazar, who previously founded AI-based localization platform Kaps.

Wonderful combines its AI agent platform with locally embedded deployment teams that work directly inside enterprise environments, aiming to move agents from pilot to full production in days or weeks rather than months, including in regulated industries such as telecom, financial services, and healthcare.

Since its founding, Wonderful has raised approximately $34 million in seed funding, $100 million in a Series A at a $700 million valuation, $150 million in a Series B at a $2 billion valuation, and $550 million in a Series C at a $5 billion valuation, for a reported cumulative total exceeding $800 million, raised across roughly fourteen months from its first seed round to its Series C.
