Overview
Yanolja Co., Ltd. is a Seoul, South Korea-based travel technology company founded in 2005 that has grown from a domestic accommodation-booking service into a global "Travel Enablement Platform" spanning consumer travel booking (the NOL/Yanolja app), B2B hospitality cloud software (Yanolja Cloud), and travel inventory distribution (Yanolja Go Global, formerly Go Global Travel).
Its cloud-based hotel and property-management software serves more than 20,000 hotels and travel enterprises across over 170 countries, while its transaction and distribution business connects roughly 1.3 million travel enterprises to more than 18,000 global sales channels across over 200 countries.
The company's largest outside shareholder is SoftBank Vision Fund 2, which led a $1.7 billion investment in 2021, making it Yanolja's most significant financing round to date. Yanolja has spent several years preparing for, and periodically pausing, a planned U.S. stock listing centered on its Yanolja Cloud enterprise business.
Yanolja reports its consolidated financial results in Korean won (KRW) under Korean IFRS (K-IFRS), with any USD figures presented in its releases as currency translations rather than as-reported amounts.
